Fans Honor Mohbad With Billboard Appearance In New York

A tribute to late Nigerian musician, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, professionally known as Mohbad, has featured on a digital billboard in New York.

Amid the candlelight processions being held across states in Nigeria for the rapper who died at the age of 27, a tribute to him recently appeared in the United States of America. This comes a week after the popular singer died in a controversial manner.

Mohbad’s death gained international attention after fans took to social media to demand a thorough investigation of his sudden demise.

A resident who spotted the huge billboard in Times Square, New York was amazed, and decided to capture the priceless moment.

“Will be remembered forever Mohbad legend are never forgotten RIP,” the text reads.

With his posthumous appearance, Mohbad now joins Burna Boy, Wizkid, Tiwa Savage, Davido, among others, on the list of Nigerian celebrities to feature on a billboard in Times Square, New York.
